Creating a daylight buck hunting parcel is an extremely rare feat, and signifies that you own a deer hunting land that is better than 95% of all other parcels in the neighborhood. Most hunters hunt nocturnal bucks, hoping for shit during the annual rut. In my experience with nearly a 1000 whitetail parcels across the North 1/2 of the whitetail range, less than 5% (maybe closer to 2% or less) of all deer hunting parcels attract the focus of mature bucks during the daylight. Most deer hunting parcels range from mostly nocturnal to highly nocturnal, when it comes to comparing daylight buck movements across the entire neighborhood. Sadly, unless you are a part of the 5% club, your ability to influence the herd and hunt on a local and personal level can range from insignificant to average, despite your level of overall habitat efforts.
