Lake of the Woods Pay It Forward charity event and WalleyeFest 2014 announces Entertainment Line Up

Baudette, MN  (July 31, 2014)  Lake of the Woods Tourism in conjunction with Walleye Master Charity Events just released the entertainment line up for the main stage in Baudette on Friday and Saturday night, August 22 -23.

Friday evening, under the tent on Main Street in Baudette, Bruce Neumann and Tiki D will take the stage.  With music of an island sound and a twist of lime, this “Florribean” flare will be perfect for a beautiful night in Baudette.

Saturday evening, The Groove Merchants featuring Jimi “Prime Time” Smith hit the stage.  This group of talented entertainers come from the Twin Cities area to entertain The Walleye Capital.  Jimi “Prime Time” Smith just won the 2014 MN Blues Performer of the Year and on August 23rd, he and the Groove Merchants will get folks up out of their chairs and dancing up at Lake of the Woods.

These talented musicians will be entertaining more than 45 injured veterans, celebrities and the public as part of “Pay It Forward”, an event designed to honor veterans.  Veterans will enjoy a 3 night, 2 day fishing extravaganza including walleye fishing, delicious meals, entertainment, camaraderie and new friendships.  This is all part of WalleyeFest 2014, a Lake of the Woods Celebration taking place in Baudette, MN.
