2021 Merc National Underway

The Mercury Marine National Walleye Tournament got underway this morning with 280 boats heading into warm and calm conditions on Lake Winnebago out of Lakeside Park in Fond du lac WI. The forecast for the day looks excellent on the weather front but tough on the bite with temps in the 80’s and light winds. Covid restrictions have limited the weigh-in to a quick weigh and record as one team member crosses the stage with no audience allowed. Stand by for updates here and at https://mercurynational.com/.
