There are still positions open, so call or email the MAC or sign up at the rules meeting and join us on Mill Lacs Lake.

Boat check will be at 6:30 AM. Fishing hours are 7 AM to 4:00 PM. The virtual weigh in begins at 5:30 PM sharp.

About the Muskie Anglers Circuit

What is MAC?
The Muskie Anglers Circuit was formed to
1) provide a national competitive arena and media platform to showcase the abilities and personalities of the sport’s most skilled competitive muskie anglers
2) to promote muskie angling and conservation and to provide educational opportunities for current and future generations of anglers and
3) to showcase products and service that support the sport of muskie fishing.

Tournament Format
MAC tournaments are CPR (Catch, Photo, and Immediate Release). The CPR tournament system has been effectively tested in walleye, muskie, and bass events over the past several years. Fish are measured using MAC-supplied measuring boards and photographed by MAC contestants prior to release. No fish will be transported for verification in MAC events. MAC judges verify fish length via photography at the virtual weigh-in site prior to each day’s stage show.

MAC Divisions
The Muskie Anglers Circuit has two divisions:

The MAC Series
The MAC Series is the professional Level Circuit, with two events in MN and two events in WI, and a team of the Year Payout worth as much as $24,000.

The Hartman Series
The Hartman Series events are held exclusively in MN, have a lower entry fee yet still a superior payout, no Team of the Year Payout, and include the special Metro event encompassing 13 different lakes with an ultra-low entry fee of $35/participant.
