When the water temp hits 63-67 degrees and the crappie are spawning, try tipping your Bobby Garland Bait with a wax worm. Male crappie when in the peak of the spawn, they are not out chasing down bait. These nest guarders seem to eat the wax worms extremely well during the spawn.
