Forestville, WI-“No matter what the species, we want to get more people into fishing,” said Triton Boats vice-president of marketing Adam Adkisson.  “Growth in the fishing industry is critical, and we want to grow the sport.”  That sentiment mirrors the National Professional Anglers Association, and Triton Boats is their newest industry partner.

Triton Boats, founded in 1996 by Earl Bentz, has grown rapidly to become one of the marine leaders.  Adkisson said, “We pride ourselves in the quality of construction, performance and handling, comfort, and fishability of our boats, and feel we are the premier leaders in these key categories.”

Over the past 18 months Triton has produced four new models of multi-species deep-hull fiberglass boats.  “With our recent introductions in the Multi-Species market, it makes sense to also partner with the NPAA.  They are the walleye world, and have been reaching out and growing in other areas.  We are committed to this market and believe in their goals,” Adkisson said.

These new multi-species Fishunter and Allure boats, with four models from 18 ½ to 21 ½ feet, can be tailored to the customer in single or dual console and walk-thru models. “Any fishermen in the market for one of the best fiberglass deep-hull boats anywhere would be making a mistake not looking at one of these,” Adkisson said.  At tritonboats.com or your local dealer, he advised boaters to check them out.

Triton also has three new all-welded models of bass and crappie “X-series” boats, and four new utility “all-purpose” models.  With these new boats, plus the bay series, the fish and ski series and the comprehensive bass series line-up, Adkisson said Triton has the product to fulfill fishing passions.

To attract more people, Triton has a strong presence in the social media arena with videos and fishing information.  They help veterans (retired and active duty personnel) and local heroes purchase boats.  The Triton Gold Program rewards owners who do well in tournaments.  Triton is a major BASS sponsor.  They have a stable of elite pro anglers in all species.  “Together with the NPAA, we want to grow the numbers of anglers,” he said.
