Local angler Gary Hodge leads the Sakakawea National Walleye Tour with 24.99 pounds. After cursing the winds for the last week, mother nature threw everyone a nice curve with calm conditions and high skies. Bites on big fish were there but few and far between, with anglers looking for 5 of the ‘right’ bites. Fish continue to move with a variety of tactics working. Everything from pitching lipless cranks to live bait rigging are producing. Stay tuned to OFM for continued coverage of the final day.
