Migizi Rods is pleased to announce Sam Ubl and Mark Piechowski won a recent WMT event! Below is a note we received from Sam, a member of Team Migizi.

‘Over the past weekend I was fishing the PRO-MAC Three Lakes Chain Muskie Guerdon Open tournament and we doubled up before noon both days to win it, but I could have casted all day if we hadn’t. Below is one of the fish that helped make our quadruple to earn us our top place finish. I caught this fish on my Migizi 8’ Heavy, the fish fought hard but didn’t stand a chance! Thanks for making what I consider to be amongst the top caliber rods in so many ways, it’s a pleasure to have them as a part of my arsenal.

Migizi rods are amongst the finest sticks I trust the potential “fish of a lifetime” with. I certainly appreciate the craftsmanship so evident in my Migizi rods that you’ve obviously fine-tuned down to a science, combining meticulous cosmetics and exceptional strength and durability that invested die-hard fisherman like me need. You know, as cliche as the old saying, “you get what you pay for”, is, it’s a true testament to the dependability I demand out of my gear.’

Nice work, gentlemen, and we are delighted the rods are performing to expectations!

The Team took home $4300.00 for the win.
