The Muskie Anglers Circuit LLC is pleased to announce the formation of a progressive and forward looking Muskie tournament trail founded with the promotion of the Anglers and their sponsors as a primary focus.
The Muskie Anglers Circuit was founded to provide an exciting new format for competitive Muskie anglers looking for higher payouts, exciting media and press coverage, and more opportunity for those who wish to fish Muskies competitively. The first place team in a Muskie Anglers Circuit event could take home a check for as much as $30,240.00 per event based on a full field of 120 boats, not including contingencies.
Four events are planned for 2009. Two are planned to be centered in Wisconsin, and two are planned in Minnesota, offering a trail in the heart of Muskie country fishing some of the best waters available. The format will be CPR immediate release, offering flexibility to the competitive Muskie angler while helping to protect the resource.
Entry Fees will be $750 per team per event.
The Muskie Anglers Circuit stage and Mobile Media Center will arrive at each event location in advance, setting up a tournament headquarters that will offer onstage action at the end of each tournament day, featuring dual big screen displays with images and some video displays of each angler’s catch.
Live streams of the daily ceremonies from the Stage will be offered to those who wish to watch on the World Wide Web, featured on the Muskie Anglers Circuit website and shared with various Media outlets like MuskieFIRST.com. Multiple updates through out the day will be offered on the official Muskie Anglers Circuit Website allowing fans to follow their favorite team’s success through the tournament day.
Muskie Anglers Circuit 2009 Team of the Year competition will take place throughout the season, offering a cash award of up to $24,000.00 to the top placing team, plus possible incentives from the Muskie Angler Circuit promotional partners. The Team of the Year presentation of the Trophy and Check will be awarded at the fourth Muskie Anglers Circuit event in September of 2009.
An 800 number will be released soon allowing for over the phone registration for the Muskie Anglers Circuit events. The Muskie Anglers Circuit office will be open from 8 Am to 5 PM daily Monday through Friday, and will be staffed full time.
The Muskie Anglers Circuit will staff a booth at all the major Muskie shows this winter. Stop by the booth at the Tri Esox Show and pick up an entry form.
