The second annual Team Chopper Ice Fishing Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 2, at Marquette Park in Savanna.
Registration is 6:30-7:30 a.m. at Marquette Park. Weigh-in is 2:30-3:30 p.m., also at Marquette Park.
Registration includes a meal ticket, with the awards, raffles and food to follow weigh-in at Manny’s in Savanna.
Fishing will be allowed anywhere on the Mississippi River from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with individual or two-man teams. There will be adult and kids’ divisions for weigh-in and awards.
All money raised will benefit the Ronald McDonald Houses of Madison, Wis., and Oak Lawn as well as Advocate Children’s Hospital of Oak Lawn.
Team Chopper thanks everyone who has donated raffle items and gives a special thank you to the Smith family for their contribution for the kids’ awards in honor of Jim Smith of Savanna.
