DL – In which sport would you rather be a pro, hockey or curling?

DM – Curling. I’d have to say 100 percent curling. It hurts a lot less. You can drink more beer. You throw big rocks. You can party. Curlers are legendary partiers.

In grade school I was convinced by a friend to join a competitive curling team. I played one season. I was Rookie of the Year. I never played the sport again after that. I walked away from the game on top.

DL – In the Caribbean, would you sun bathe on the beach with your wife or ditch her and go fishing?

DM – I would totally ditch her and go fishing. I’ve done it many times. I always pack a travel rod and reel. I’m vacationing with her in Jamaica soon and I will do it again there.

I love my wife. She is one of the coolest people, but she doesn’t have gills. Plus, if I was still on the beach with her at 11:00 in the morning she’d wonder what I did wrong.

DL – Do you prefer beer or soda pop?

DM – I’m not under 21! No soda, screw that, beer all the way. There is way more fun had when you are drinking beer. I prefer Bud Light myself when I drink it.

Truthfully, I’m more of a rum guy.
