FLW Tour rookie pro Barton Aiken is sitting in eighth after the first day of the FLW Tour event on Lake Hartwell. Aiken isn’t letting fear intimidate him during his first season.

“I came into the FLW Tour scared to death, but excited,” said Aiken. “I feel like a mouse in a coliseum with gladiators.”

GoPro pro Brent Ehrler isn’t loving Hartwell in 2014.

“The last two years I enjoyed fishing here,” said Ehrler. “I really struggled in practice. I never found the big stringers I did in past years.”

Ehrler won the FLW event on Hartwell in 2013. After the first day of the 2014 event he sits in 63rd.
