Wave Army member and American Tackle’s own Hunter McKamey of University of Central Florida’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Team has had recent success on the water in 2016 – in both FLW and B.A.S.S. tournament circuits. First at Lake Crescent, Florida for the FLW Collegiate Southeast Regional where he took first place. Secondly at Lake Martin in Alabama where McKamey placed 12th during the three-day B.A.S.S. Southern Regional. Both of these respective finishes have qualified him for National Championship tournaments.

McKamey uses MHX rod blanks equipped with American Tackle’s award-winning MicroWave Line Control System.

He fishes American Tackle’s award-winning Bushido Combat Braid as well as Bushido Fluorocarbon.

American Tackle is proud to support UCF’s bass fishing team and we wish Hunter the best of luck in his upcoming tournaments.
