Abu Garcia Continues its Long-Term Partnership with Association of Collegiate Anglers

SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 21, 2022) – Abu Garcia and the Association of Collegiate Anglers announce the renewal of their partnership for the 2022 Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series. The continued support will consist of Abu Garcia’s presenting sponsorship of the Bass Pro Shops School of the Year program presented by Abu Garcia, as well as continued support for college anglers through a variety of programs and initiatives.

The Bass Pro Shops School of the Year presented by Abu Garcia is a 12-month long chase to end the year ranked the number one team in all of collegiate bass fishing. ACA staff maintain the comprehensive ranking system on a week-to-week basis, updating the rankings as events are contested throughout the year. As part of this race, hundreds of teams from California, to Michigan, all the way down to Florida, compete in as many events as possible to earn valuable points. The 2022-23 race is setting up to be one of the most competitive in recent years!
