Hot and windy, with a lot of big fish caught but tough to put together a bag with 5 big ones. Pods of fish moving shallow throughout the day. 3rd place team of Chase Parsons and Korey Spengel didn’t catch a fish until 1pm. With calm and cloudy conditions forecast for day 2, who will adapt and bring in the winning bag. Many teams in striking distance. A 4 pound average on day 1 landed you in 90th place. Incredible size structure on the smallies over here. Stay tuned for coverage of day 2.
