Now, Precision chargers are engineered to meet the high demands of lithium batteries, and can even wake them from standby. Minn Kota’s new line of Precision On-Board Chargers take the guesswork out of running lithium power and maximizes the life of 12-volt (LiFePO4) marine lithium batteries.
The completely reimagined line of precision chargers are available with 6, 10 or 15 amps of true rated output and for the first time ever, as many as five banks – perfect for boats with multiple fishfinders and dedicated house batteries.
PRECISION CONTROL
Only the Minn Kota Precision line of chargers give you total control of your charge curve and are made to battle the elements. Battery selection by bank means you can use multiple battery types and rest easy knowing
that your charger was specifically engineered to deliver the perfect charge whether you choose flooded lead-acid, AGM, or Lithium (LiFePO4).
AUTOMATIC MULTI-STAGE CHARGING
Automatic Multi-Stage Charging controls the voltage and current your battery gets throughout the charging cycle, ensuring a fast, safe and precise charge no matter what.
LOW-LINE VOLTAGE COMPENSATION
When outlets get overloaded, or when a long extension cord is needed to reach a boat, the charger isn’t getting the full 120 volts that the outlet should be putting out. Precision chargers use low line voltage compensation to charge your batteries more quickly and prevent damage from undercharging.
AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
Too low voltage at low temperatures can undercharge a battery, and too much voltage can boil and destroy one. Precision chargers protect batteries from becoming over -or under-charged at extreme temperatures without any extra work. Rest assured that your battery investment is in good hands regardless of the temperature outside.
