Enter the Plano/Davisson Brothers Band Online Fishing Derby to Win Free Fishing Gear
Grand Prairie, TX (December 1, 2020) Plano invites you to do a little Pond Fishin’ with country music group, The Davisson Brothers Band. Enter the Plano Online Fishing Derby on Facebook and Instagram for a chance at one of three Plano Prize Packs valued at $300-and a shout-out from one of Rolling Stone Country’s Ten New Artists You Need To Know.
The authentic country sound of the Davisson Brothers Band, ingrained in time-honored tradition and infused with smooth Southern-rock energy, was born in the woods and waters of Appalachia. True to their roots, the Clarksburg, West Virginia based foursome loves fishing almost as much as they love country music. If they’re not playing, the odds are good you can find real-life siblings Donnie Davisson (vocals) and Chris Davisson (guitar) and drummer Aaron Regester wetting a line at the nearest fishing hole. Plano’s Online Fishing Derby isn’t just about the size of the fish, it’s also about rarity and creativity. So don’t worry if you haven’t landed any monsters recently, there are categories for the creativity of the photo and rarity of the fish. To enter, simply post your fishing pictures on Facebook or Instagram with #PondFishingDerby and tag @davissonbros, and @planofishing. Posts need to be on your timeline. (Stories, Reels, etc. are not eligible) Submission deadline is December 9th.
Go through that camera roll and share your favorites with the band. Entry is limited to three (3) entries per person, with only one (1) entry for each judging criteria. The grand prize winner in each category will receive a Plano Prize Pack valued at $300.
At the conclusion of the contest, look for a live stream from the Davisson Brothers Band where they choose their favorites and announce the winners. Tune in and have a few laughs with the band while you enjoy some great fishing photos.
