FARGO, ND.-March 16th, 2016-Fargo, ND based anglers Spencer and Ron Deutz have signed on with VISIONBank of Fargo, ND for the 2016 season. VISIONBank will support Spencer and his father Ron throughout the year as they promote their brand through local and regional events
and shows.
