Coatesville, PA (November 14, 2016) With the aid of essential line and tackle from AFW and HI-SEAS, Team Reel Quest won the largest payout in the history of the Western Outdoor News Los Cabos Tuna Jackpot winning $331,950; 2nd place overall, Day 1 (161-pound) $10,000, Day 2, $500, $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, $5,000 and $10,000. They used HI-SEAS Grand Slam Braid, HI-SEAS Grand Slam Blue Water Line, HI-SEAS Fluorocarbon Leader, and AFW Terminal Tackle for catching the monster size tuna. Team Reel Quest also won first place in the 2013 WON Tournament. Aboard Reel Quest with Captain Tyson Valli captured second place with Brad Stevenson, Northbrook, IL Dick Landfield, Yorba Linda CA, and Bill Savage, Cabo San Lucas, BCS. Captain Tyson Valli confidently attributes the quality of the tackle to catching monster size tuna, “HI-SEAS is stronger and more abrasion resistant than any line and fluorocarbon I have used. When the fish are big and the stress is high, HI-SEAS stands up to the fight.”
AFW/HI-SEAS Sponsored team, Reel Quest, takes home another victory at the WON Los Cabos Tuna Jackpot winning almost $400,000.
