2022 BOB FM RADIOTHON FEATURING CHUCK KNAPP AND JON ENGEN
RAMSEY, MN, APRIL 15th — The 2022 BOB FM Radiothon is back on Thursday, April 21st from 7 AM – 7 PM. Tune in to any of the five signals of BOB (106.1 Twin Cities, 105.5 St. Cloud, 107.5
Faribault, 95.9 Forest Lake and 1300AM Princeton) to catch the BOB FM staff with special guests Chuck Knapp and Jon Engen on-air helping to raise money for Reach for Resources and Fishing for Life.
Chuck Knapp started out in radio in his hometown of Fergus Falls, MN in 1964, and went on to radio success around the country at stations such as WLS Chicago, WFIL Philadelphia, WRKO
Boston, and KS95 Minneapolis/St. Paul. Jon has been in the world of radio for 30+ years, spending 23 years working with the Northwestern College Radio Network, then with KTIS as the morning host and then eventually managing the station until 2006. He was with BOB FM full time for seven years and still hosts Saturday mornings. Engen is currently with Life FM radio in Bakersfield, CA since 2014. Reach for Resources is a local nonprofit empowering people of all-abilities to reach their full potential. This is done by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement, and improves physical and emotional well-being. Fishing for Life is a nonprofit organization focused on serving youth, families, veterans, and communities through fishing and outdoor programming.
