The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources last summer released its first-ever state deer plan, which didn’t hit the mark for everyone. Over the next two weeks, the public will have an opportunity to express their concerns, if any.

The DNR will host open-house style events starting this week, allowing the public to meet local wildlife staff, ask questions and provide input regarding anything from the state’s deer plan to a proposed statewide youth deer hunting season.
