This is a scouting video from this spring. I went out scouting big whitetail buck beds during the spring. I found several buck bedding areas with big rubs. My goal is to locate these buck bedding areas and then find some places to bow hunt the big bucks once early season hits. Scouting for buck beds can be a successful way to locate and identify bedding areas or areas that big bucks like to bed in. The bedding areas I scout today are on a hill point and a marshy bottom. Scouting buck beds in the marsh is a great way to find big bucks in secluded areas.
