This week we headed to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to take Kevin and Mark fishing. Kevin bid on a trip to fish with us to benefit St. Jerome Parish School, and brought Mark along to be his guest. Matt Bichanich joins us as well as our guide, and we are out to just have a great time catching fish, and enjoy the summer that has recently arrived.

Working weed edges, both inside and outside edges, we cast our Kalin’s plastics. We work the tops as well as the edges, finding green weeds is key this time of year.

We also check out some shorelines for bass, but find they aren’t quite going yet, and return to the walleye bite; which was absolutely phenomenal.
