NPAA Member Tom Neustrom Fries up A Fishtastic Meal at Annual Rapala Event

With a crowd of over 150 employees and friends it was time to give thanks at the Rapala Headquarters in Minnetonka, MN for the 6th Annual Rapala Fish Fry. Legendary anglers Al Lindner, Legendary Minnesota Twins player Kent Herbek, Ted Capra and Tom Neustrom were all part of a great Rapala tradition. Tom cooked fish for over 150 people and a good time was had by all.
Rapala continues to be the largest worldwide tackle company with sales exceeding 600 million dollars annually. Being part of such a great brand makes our commitment to Rapala even more meaningful. In 2014 the number one selling bait was the Jigging Rap exceeding sales of all other current Rapala lures. The sky is the limit with this bait and the learning curve has been overwhelming. Besides walleyes, there are a multiple number of species that have been caught on Jigging Raps in hard and soft water applications. Even Professional Bass fisherman are starting to be intrigued with the Jigging Raps fish catching abilities and will apply the attracting capabilities to their arsenal. “Rapala and all their brands are truly a company for the ages and I am proud to represent them everywhere I go” said Tom Neustrom.
