The Fishing Crew would like to inform you of some interesting new developments concerning The Fishing Crew Team Tournament Trail. Cut off date for the last event of the below Division at West Bend on Lake Sharpe is quickly approaching with the last entries being accepted on June 1st and the Tournament to be held on Sunday June 6th. Rules meeting for this event will be held at West Bend State Park at 5:00 P.M. Please be aware that teams need to fish at least one of each Division’s events to qualify for the Lodge Ice House (valued at $24,000) to be awarded to the winners of the Championship. A Full Field of 60 Teams competing in the Championship will still be eligible for the guaranteed $10,000 Purse, but need to have fished at least one event in each Division to qualify for the Lodge Ice House. Go to
www.thefishingcrew.com for full details on the circuit and how to qualify.

Of further interest is that The Fishing Crew will now be offering two spots for teams to fish the Cabela’s NTC in 2011. This will be determined by the top finishing team in each Division. There will also be two invitations for AIM with one competing as a Pro at the International Championship, and one team to compete in the special Team Event within the Championship at Lake Winnie in September of 2010. The Fishing Crew will be picking up the entry fees for the Team Participants as well. A great opportunity and added incentive to come out and see what The Fishing Crew has to offer.

The Fishing Crew Pro Challenge will be held on Saturday June 5th prior to the Tournament. Pro Staff Brad Berens and Dave Andera will be going head to head with the winner of The Cure Kids Cancer Charity Drawing-Deputy Dan of Ft.Pierre, SD and a partner of his choosing. Should they beat the Pro Staff team they will receive a bounty of $2500, with a guaranteed $1,000 should they come up a little short. All lodging for participants will be paid for and the days activities will be featured on a dedicated episode of The Fishing Crew Pro Challenge on Kelo/myTV.

This is the inaugural season for The TFCTTT and although there will be some growing pains and lessons learned, we feel we are making serious inroads on both the Tournament scene and the Industry as a whole. With the recent downturn in the economy, this is not an easy task, but have nonetheless been continuing to develop marketing partnerships with key industry players. At this time we would like to welcome aboard our newest partners: Raymarine, Tuffy Boats, and Suzuki. Great products and even better folks to work with, as they appreciate the concept and what we are striving to accomplish and have generously chosen to become part of our team and offer valuable support. Tuffy has also stepped forward with a $500 Contingency Bonus for the winner of any event fishing from a 2099 or 2010 Tuffy boat.
