Recently, Full Throttle increased the tournament payouts with the addition of the NEW Bonus Bucks program. Fishermen are given the option of entering the Bonus Bucks program for $100. Only teams that have entered the program are eligible for the payback. This bonus program, combined with the Ranger Cup Bonus and the Rapid Sport Bonus, dramatically increase the payouts at each event. Teams fishing in the Full Throttle events now have a legitimate chance of earning a $5,000 pay day.

Also new to Full Throttle this year is the Referral Program that rewards veteran participants for their contribution to the growth of Full Throttle. Each Full Throttle veteran that refers another Full Throttle team will be entered into a drawing for a great prize. Every angler that helps grow the Full Throttle Tournament circuit is appreciated and will be awarded for his or her efforts. If you have been referred, don’t forget to enter the name of the person who referred you on the bottom of the registration form.

The Full Throttle Fishing circuit has a friendly, yet competitive atmosphere. To amp up the competitive nature this upcoming season, each angler is invited to become a part of the Premier Team. In order to become part of the Premier Team, teams must fish in all four qualifying Full Throttle tournaments. Along with participation, Premier Teams must put down a deposit for all four tournaments prior to the first tournament. There is a $100 bonus paid to the highest finishing Premier Team at each qualifying event.

An important aspect of each Full Throttle Event is the dinner and rules meeting. Full Throttle is proud to announce the 2012 faith-based inspirational speakers. For the first qualifying event on April 14th, the speakers will be Humminbird and Minn Kota pros Tom Davis and Tom Brunz. Ron Linder from Linder Media will speak at the rules meeting for the June 23rdtournament, and the tournament on July 28th will have Jim Kalkofen from PWT and Teen Challenge Fishing as the speaker. Jimmy Bell, a Ranger Rapid Sports pro, will speak at the final qualifying event on September 8th.

The location for the Full Throttle Bass & Walleye Championship has been decided! This year’s championship will take place in Minnesota on Lake Minnetonka. Lake Minnetonka hosts an exceptional population of walleye and bass. The fish in this lake should contribute to an impressive championship weigh-in.
