Ice Fishing in the Igloo Bar!

It started with a thought and has been a reality for more than 5 years now. The Igloo Bar on the ice at Zippel Bay Resort on Lake of the Woods is in full swing. The bar is placed on Zippel Bay reef which can have good fishing from time to time. The bar has electric lights, two big screen TV’s, full bar, limited hot menu, heated portapoddies, bonfire outside on the ice and you can actually ice fish in the bar.
When someone catches a fish, or better yet, loses a fish in the bar, the place gets, let’s just say, a bit festive.
