BIG NEWS! West Va. Chapter member Chase Gibson catches and releases new state record muskie, pending final certification by WVDNR. DNR biologists measured and weighed her. Congrats Chase!!! Here are the photos and more info!

Crazy moment today, fishing with my good friend Frank Porupski!
The new *pending* West Virginia state record musky for length, 54” 39.6 pound fish! I’m still in shock. She was measured and weighed by the WVDNR and returned back to Burnsville lake. Huge thank you to Aaron Yeager, Jim Walker and Jeremy Quick for certifying her for me!
