The Toyota Texas Bass Classic (TTBC) has partnered with the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) for the past 9 consecutive years to bring the best anglers, biggest country music stars and most exciting family fun to Texas. This Memorial Day Weekend the celebration is taking place on Lake Fork in Quitman, Texas May 23-25, 2015.

TPWD is a national leader in caring for the fish and fisheries under their stewardship, and the catch-weigh-and-immediate release practice of the Toyota Texas Bass Classic tournament exemplifies that. As the official charity partner, the TPWD annually receives a $250,000 donation from the Tournament; the grand total to date is $2.25 Million. These donations go to help further the TPWD programs which help conservation education and youth awareness offerings throughout the state of Texas.

Adding to the on-site activates will be the Brookshire’s Texas Parks & Wildlife Outdoor Adventures Area. Since Brookshire’s opening in 1928 they have been committed to getting involved in local communities. This year at TTBC the Brookshire’s Texas Parks & Wildlife Outdoor Adventures Area will feature, kid-friendly activities that emphasize TPWD’s youth fishing programs, including archery, Fish Art, Habitat Puzzles, Habitat Building Program and a host of outdoor themed educational and interactive exhibits.

With great concerts, world class fishing and awesome activities, TTBC is the place to go for a full weekend of family fun this Memorial Day. TTBC fans can purchase tickets online at ToyotaTexasBassClassic.com or by visiting their local Brookshire’s Store, Kim’s Convenient Stores, and participating Toyota Dealers.
