Stetson Blaylock is a pretty cool name for one of the top pros fishing the FLW Tour. Clearly, the Livingston/Mercury pro is a brave soul. Will Stetson live to fish another day? Of course, but he may be marred by the fright he will unlikely keep in his heart after answering Three Questions from BassFIRST.com.

DL – If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

SB – I like where I live right now. Within 45 minutes, I have all of my immediate family and all of my wife’s immediate family. We have a nice place with some acreage. It’s wooded and a little secluded, yet not very far from town.

I mean I like the idea of Florida and being warm and fishing all year. I also like places like Colorado. For sure, I would never choose to live outside the US. Even with all of the problems we have right now, it is the greatest country in the world.

I believe I would stay where I am. I feel blessed.

DL – Given a choice between being a country music star or an MMA star, which would it be?

SB – Definitely a country music star. That life would be a whole lot less demanding on you physically. I mean, I already tour around the country driving. So I am comfortable with that.

I’d be able to choose a specific style of music I want to perform. You can have a long and successful career.

Plus, I wouldn’t be getting punched in the face. That is a big bonus.

DL – Do you prefer steak or desserts?

SB – I’m absolutely be a steak guy. I may eat dessert once a month with a meal, maybe. Steak isn’t my favorite meal, but I do like them. When I do eat a dessert food it’s usually on its own.

Actually, I just love to eat. I may regret that later in life. I eat three full meals on a slow day. Usually more. When I am fishing its two sandwiches, snack bars, everything. If it’s in front of me I eat it.
