FLW, the world’s largest tournament-fishing organization, has announced a multiyear sponsorship renewal with Strike King Lure Company, an industry-leading manufacturer of lures, baits and fishing apparel. 2015 will mark the fourth consecutive year the two organizations have reached a deal. Terms of the agreement were not released.

“Strike King has been an industry leader for decades and has a long history in our sport,” said Trish Blake, president of marketing at FLW. “They have been a valued partner of FLW and we look forward to building upon our past successes.”

The Strike King brand will receive exposure across multiple FLW’s platforms including its website, world-class tournaments and expos, social media and FLW Bass Fishing magazine.

Strike King will continue to serve as title sponsor of the Angler of the Year award in the 2015 Rayovac FLW Series for each of the five divisions – Central, Northern, Southeast, Texas and Western. The top pro and co-angler from the point standings in each division after three events win the Strike King Angler of the Year and Co-angler of the Year titles, respectively, which earns the angler a $2,000 or $800 prize package, including entry fee deposits for the 2016 season.

“Strike King is excited and proud to renew our partnership with FLW,” said John Barns, president of Strike King Lures. “We feel that our association with FLW the last four years has generated significant exposure for our extensive product line, both lures and polarized sunglasses, to all levels of tournament anglers and we are confident that our continued association with FLW will compliment Strike King’s well known and trusted brand.”

For more than forty years Strike King Lures has enjoyed a strong presence in the sport of fishing. The company’s impressive lineup of lures, baits and polarized sunglasses are consistently credited with earning thousands of dollars in prize money and continue to be a favorite among anglers of all ages and skill levels.
