Pro Angler Chris Lane hosts Foodland event at Guntersville, Alabama, June 13

Guntersville Foodland Plus, in conjunction with Bassmaster champion and professional angler, Chris Lane, is hosting the First Annual Foodland Bass Team Tournament at beautiful Lake Guntersville on Saturday, June 13th , starting at safe light. Approximately 400 anglers will be chasing the $10,000 Grand prize in this inaugural event.

A weigh-in event and festival open to the public will be held from noon until 6pm on the parking lot of Guntersville Foodland Plus, located at 14214 US Highway 431
Guntersville, AL. Live music from James Miller will be featured and there will be fun games for the kids and plenty of great food. There is a guaranteed $10,000 grand prize, along with 1st and 2nd Big Bass prizes.

There will be a registration dinner hosted for the participating anglers on Friday night, June 12th, provided by the good people at Bryan Meats. On Saturday morning, June 13th, 200 boats will blast off at safe light and the first official Foodland Bass Team Tournament will be underway! The weigh-in will begin at 2:00pm on the parking lot of Guntersville Foodland Plus.
