Ott DeFoe has a unique use for his Minn Kota Talon shallow water anchors.

“I used my Talons like a drift sock today in the wind,” said DeFoe. “Of course the big bass I caught today went right back to them and got tangled. I finally got the Talons up and caught the bass.”

DeFoe’s big bass weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces.

Charley Hartley made one good call today.

“I made one good decision today,” said Hartley. “I put on my long underwear this morning.”
