Major League Fishing’s Bass Pro Tour Season Three Set to Premiere Saturday on Discovery Channel

REDCREST 2021 Episodes to Kick off Third Season of Major League Fishing, New Episode Premieres at 7 a.m. ET Every Saturday Through Mid-November

TULSA, Okla. (July 1, 2021) – The third season of Major League Fishing’s (MLF) Bass Pro Tour is set to premiere this Saturday, July 3, at 7 a.m. ET with a two-hour episode on the Discovery Channel.

The 2021 MLF Bass Pro Tour showcases a field of 76 of the top professional anglers in the world – joined at each event by 4 pros that qualify from the MLF Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit – competing across seven regular-season tournaments around the country, competing for millions of dollars in prize money and valuable points to qualify for the annual Heavy Hitters all-star event and the REDCREST 2022 championship.

The first two-hour episode of Major League Fishing premiering Saturday will showcase the Knockout Rounds from REDCREST 2021 at Lake Eufaula, the Bass Pro Tour Championship. Each week a new episode will premiere on Discovery Channel, through mid-November. With nearly 1,300 combined hours of television coverage in 2020, MLF accounted for a staggering 80% of all viewership of professional bass fishing programming, with programming on CBS Sports, the Discovery Channel, the Outdoor Channel, the Sportsman Channel and the World Fishing Network.
