EnerSys® (NYSE:ENS), the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications and the manufacturer of ODYSSEY® batteries, continues to sponsor the ODYSSEY® Battery Extreme Pro Team for the ninth consecutive year as they compete in the 2016 Bassmaster Elite Series Tournament.
The ODYSSEY® Battery Extreme Pro Team consists of nine pro anglers: Scott Ashmore, Brent Chapman, Shaw Grigsby, Randy Howell, Gary Klein, Mike McClelland, Gerald Swindle, Jason Williamson and Cliff Pace.
As the official sponsor, EnerSys equips the ODYSSEY® Battery Extreme Pro Team boats with ODYSSEY® Marine Dual Purpose batteries and provides product and technical support for the team during each tournament. EnerSys also recognizes the team’s top performer in each Elite Series event.

ODYSSEY® batteries feature a three- to 10-year service life and two-year storage life at 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius). They are vibration resistant, classified as “non-spillable” by the U.S. Department of Transportation and include a limited two- to four-year full replacement warranty.
