Android Gets Dock-to-Dock Autorouting

Dock-to-dock Autorouting on Android! Create detailed routes even through narrow waterways!

 

Award winning Dock-to-dock Autorouting is now available on the Navionics Boating Appfor Android users, in addition to iPhone and iPad. unique breakthrough in boating navigation, it quickly calculates a detailed route, even through narrow waterways and channels, based on chart data and navigation aids. 

 

Autorouting delivers the first and most efficient planning resource for boaters. With simple user input, boaters can choose a destination by selecting a point of interest, entering a lat/long or by tapping on the map, and a detailed route is calculated. Estimated fuel consumption, distance and ETA are shown. It even highlights precautions along the way. POIs nearby the destination, like marinas and moorings, fuel stations, restaurants and more, appear automatically within the Autorouting menu, complete with phone numbers.

 

Current Android users should update their app to v8.0.1. With an active Navionics+ subscription on the Boating App, select Route>Automatic and tap and hold the map to add a starting point and destination. Your route is automatically calculated!
