The new Battle On the Illinois River will be 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 17 at Barto Landing, and tournament officials began accepting entries Feb. 1.<\/p>\n<p>Spring Valley Walleye Club and Illinois Walleye Trail have agreed to combine a pair of tournaments that were clogging a busy March schedule. The new \u201cBattle On the Illinois River\u201d will have a $450 signup fee, and require a $25 IWT membership, which also will provide membership to Spring Valley Walleye Club.
