Weigh-in is 2:30-3:30 p.m., also at Marquette Park.<\/p>\n<p>Registration includes a meal ticket, with the awards, raffles and food to follow weigh-in at Manny\u2019s in Savanna.<\/p>\n<p>Fishing will be allowed anywhere on the Mississippi River from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with individual or two-man teams.
