The wind wasn\u2019t too successful for people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite the wind, bass and northern have been biting, Roscovius said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWaters in our local area are doing OK \u2014 Tomah Lake, cranberry marshes.
